Eligibility.\u00a0<\/strong>Promotion open only to electrical professionals or electrical apprentices who are legal residents of the united states (and district of columbia), or canada and its provinces and territories, who HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. If you do not meet these requirements, or any other eligibility requirements in these official rules, you are not eligible to PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION OR TO win the prizeS, and SPONSOR reserves the right not to award the prize to you. To be eligible to win the prize, entries must be received by Promoter in the format designated in Section 4 below. Directors, officers, and employees of Promoter or any of its subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising partners or promotional agencies, immediate families of each and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or to win any prizes. This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Promotion Period.\u00a0<\/strong>The Promotion starts on <strong>July 23, 2026<\/strong>, and ends on <strong>October 31, 2026<\/strong> (the &#8220;Promotion Period&#8221;). All entries must be received by Promoter during the Promotion Period to be eligible to win a prize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.&nbsp;How to Enter.&nbsp;<\/strong>To enter,&nbsp;complete the&nbsp;<em>Shape the Future of the Trade<\/em>&nbsp;survey at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/lp.idealindustries.com\/who-we-are.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/lp.idealindustries.com\/who-we-are<\/a>&nbsp;during the Promotion Period, and include your name and E-mail on the final page of the survey. Once complete,&nbsp;submit&nbsp;the form as instructed to be entered in this Promotion. Limited one entry per person.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5<\/strong>.&nbsp;<strong>For all entries<\/strong>.&nbsp;All&nbsp;requested&nbsp;contact&nbsp;information&nbsp;must&nbsp;be&nbsp;provided&nbsp;for&nbsp;your&nbsp;entry&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;valid. All&nbsp;entrants and entries are subject to verification by Sponsor.&nbsp;Failure&nbsp;to&nbsp;verify&nbsp;credentials&nbsp;will&nbsp;result&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;disqualification&nbsp;of&nbsp;entrant.&nbsp;Any submission that does not&nbsp;comply with&nbsp;any aspect of these Official Rules may be rejected by Sponsor and the entrant disqualified.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Winner Selection&nbsp;and Notification.<\/strong>&nbsp;A drawing will take place on September&nbsp;8, 2026, at Sponsor\u2019s location by a Sponsor representative. Five (5) random winners will be selected from all&nbsp;eligible&nbsp; entries.&nbsp;To claim the Prize, the winner must follow the instructions provided&nbsp;by Sponsor&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;notification.&nbsp;<strong>For Canada Winners<\/strong>: Winner will also&nbsp;be required&nbsp;to correctly answer a time-limited skill testing question without&nbsp;assistance&nbsp;to be eligible to receive a prize or such prize will be&nbsp;forfeited.&nbsp;Sponsor&nbsp;is not responsible for changes to an entrant\u2019s contact information that may interfere with winner notification.&nbsp;If&nbsp;an entrant\u2019s&nbsp;e-mail and\/or mail is returned as undeliverable,&nbsp;if an entrant&nbsp;is found to be ineligible, or if a selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for&nbsp;any reason, the corresponding potential prize winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner. The&nbsp;Sponsor&nbsp;reserves the right to&nbsp;modify&nbsp;the notification procedures in connection with the selection of an alternate winner, if any. At&nbsp;Sponsor\u2019s&nbsp;discretion, if&nbsp;the&nbsp;prize&nbsp;is&nbsp;returned&nbsp;as&nbsp;undeliverable&nbsp;or&nbsp;otherwise&nbsp;not&nbsp;claimed&nbsp;within five (5)&nbsp;days&nbsp;after&nbsp;delivery&nbsp;of&nbsp;notification,&nbsp;or,&nbsp;alternatively,&nbsp;if&nbsp;after&nbsp;three&nbsp;(3)&nbsp;attempts&nbsp;to&nbsp;contact&nbsp;winner&nbsp;by&nbsp;phone&nbsp;and\/or&nbsp;email&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;prize&nbsp;notification&nbsp;are&nbsp;not&nbsp;successful, the corresponding prize will not be awarded.
