IDEAL Contractor Lever Sample Pack Promotion

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the IDEAL Contractor Lever Sample Pack Promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by IDEAL Electrical, a division of IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. (“IDEAL”). By submitting a request through the designated form, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and IDEAL’s Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
This Promotion is open to professional electrical contractors and licensed trade professionals residing in the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older. To be eligible, participants must accurately complete the online form found at https://lp.idealindustries.com/IDE-Lever-Push-Campaign_IDEAL-Lever-Push-LP.html, including selecting an eligible contractor-related job title.
IDEAL reserves the right to verify eligibility based on job title and other criteria. Requests submitted by individuals who are not trade professionals or whose job titles do not reflect contractor status will not be fulfilled.
IDEAL may request additional information to confirm eligibility. This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. How to Request a Sample
To receive a contractor sample pack, eligible participants must:
- Accurately complete the online form with full name, email, company name, mailing address, and job title;
- Submit the form during the promotion period (ongoing until further notice);
- Select a job title that reflects licensed contractor or trade professional status.
The contractor sample pack includes a selection of IDEAL In-Sure®Lever Wire Connectors, intended for professional use and product trial.
Only one (1) sample pack may be requested per individual and/or business address. Duplicate requests will be disqualified.
3. Vetting Process
All entries are subject to verification. IDEAL will review submitted job titles and may withhold sample pack shipments if the participant does not meet contractor eligibility requirements. Those who do not meet the requirements for the deluxe sample pack will receive a smaller sample pack. IDEAL retains full discretion to accept or reject requests based on submitted information and reserves the right to contact participants for clarification if necessary.
4. Marketing Communications
Opting into marketing communications is optional and not required to receive the sample pack. If you choose to opt in, you may receive periodic communications from IDEAL about products, promotions, and industry resources. You can unsubscribe at any time.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Sample packs will be shipped via standard mail or courier service. Please allow up to 4–6 weeks for delivery. IDEAL is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to inaccurate addresses or carrier issues. Shipments are limited to U.S. and Canada addresses only.
6. Program Duration
This Promotion is ongoing and available until further notice. IDEAL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
7. General Conditions
IDEAL may disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, submits inaccurate or incomplete information, or otherwise violates these Terms. All decisions made by IDEAL regarding eligibility and fulfillment are final and binding. No substitutions or exchanges are permitted. This offer is not valid with any other promotion or rebate program unless expressly stated.
