Detailed information
The IDEAL® E-Class™ Repair Kit contains two replacement glow-in-the-dark eyelets, as well as adhesive to secure them to your E-Class™ Fiberglass Fish Tape. Easy field application of replacement tips. Proper preparation and stripping of E-Class™ Fish Tape is critical to the strength of the eye-to-tape connection. Cut back damaged end with side-cutting pliers. Strip outer blue nylon jacket with stripper (using 10 AWG solid hole) exposing fiberglass. IDEAL recommends using 45-292 or 45-092 Stripmaster® Wire Stripper for this task.
