The injection molded insulation ensures a permanent bond, and the dual layer design allows for quick safety checks – if the inner yellow surface becomes visible through the high-visibility orange outer coating, it’s time to replace the tool. Crafted from tempered vanadium steel, the blades are black oxide finished and super hardened for maximum durability. Precision tips provide a secure fit, reducing spin-out, while the hollow shanks are perfect for handling longer bolts, making them ideal for deep electrical boxes. The cushioned grip not only ensures comfort but also maximizes torque, gripping fasteners securely for easy twisting, and features a FastFinder™ end that allows for quick identification of the tip type. Each tool is individually tested to meet ASTM F1505-01, EN, DIN, and IEC 60 900 standards, and they comply with OSHA requirements for insulated tools (29 CFR 1910).
