CAT5e Shielded Standard RJ45 Connectors (25/PK)

IDEAL® Shielded CAT5e RJ45 connectors feature an integrated metal shell that ensures a continuous path for cable shielding, allowing it to pass through the connector and into the device’s shielded port. It includes internal shield connection points on both the top and bottom for the cable foil or drain wire to make contact within the plug. Suitable for both shielded CAT5e cables with conductors up to 0.041″ insulated diameter. For shield continuity, fold the cable’s foil back over the jacket, or wrap the drain wire, to ensure conductivity with the plug shield.
