Detailed information

First introduced in 1928, IDEAL® Wire-Nut® wire connectors set the bar for quality and convenience. A fixed, square-cut spring, and a tough, flame-retardant shell, provide a secure connection that lasts. Twisting by hand is a breeze thanks to the positive grip design that is also compatible with IDEAL® Twist-a-Nut® screwdrivers for additional ease and speed. Its wide wire range is suitable for a variety of applications and is an ideal choice when working with fine stranded wire. The original Wire-Nut®, still an industry standard today.

  • Square-wire fixed spring design creates its own threads for a secure hold
  • Suitable for a variety of applications, and is an ideal choice when working with fine stranded wire
  • Positive grip shell is comfortable to twist-on with fingers
  • Can easily be applied using the line of Twist-a-Nut® Screwdrivers
  • For use in wire combinations ranging from minimum 2 #22 AWG stranded to maximum 2 #16 AWG

The only fish tape on the market with a digital screen reader 🔥

I would absolutely recommend these lever connectors and will surely be using them in the future! Those connectors were super easy to work with, didn’t seem flimsy like other brands, and were super easy to install as well as remove
