PrepPRO^® Coax/UTP Cable Stripper

The PrepPRO® cable stripper is compatible with a wide range of twisted pair and coaxial cable types. A fixed blade depth means there’s no need to adjust blade depths or tool settings. Includes two cartridges – blue for twisted pair which cleanly scores jacket without nicking inner conductors, and gray for precise ¼” x ¼” coax stripping. Robust spring provides precise tension to score and cut the cable jackets without driving the blade into the conductors. Notched coax blade protects the center conductor from damage.

• Fixed blades require no adjustments to do a wide range of cable types including CAT5e, CAT6, CAT6A, RG59, RG59 Plenum, RG6, RG6 Plenum, RG6 Quad, RG6 Quad Plenum
• Provides a ¼” x ¼” industry standard coax strip (grey cartridge)
• Fixed blade depth – cleanly scores twisted pair jacket without nicking inner conductors
• Interchangeable cartridges for UTP/STP or Coax cable
• Notched coax blade protects the center conductor from damage during stripping
• Replacement cartridges are available: 45-6051 for Coax, 45-6052 for UTP/STP
