The spiral, dual cutting edge design ensures fast chip removal, less vibration, and a quicker drilling rate, minimizing binding while drilling, making them an economical solution for your projects. Each step is clearly marked with laser engraving and provides gradual relief, easing into cuts and reducing the need to change drill bits. Constructed from M35 high-speed steel with cobalt, these bits offer exceptional strength and durability. Balanced hardened edges and a ¼” hex shank make them compatible with both cordless drills and optimized for impact drivers. The split point tip eliminates the need for a starter pilot hole, minimizing walking on the material for a quick startup. Additionally, the titanium nitride coating lowers cooling time, extending the life of the bit for repetitive drilling through tough materials.
