IDEAL® Swivel-Blade® Cable Slitter & Ringing Tool is designed for quick and precise removal of insulation from round cables without nicks. Offering a unique lever and blade design allows ringing, and longitudinal slitting of cable jackets. Adjustable blade for different jacket thicknesses or cutting depth up to .125″. Comes with a spare blade in the handle.
