Detailed information

The IDEAL® Helix™ Repair Kit contains replacement molded, non-conductive eyelet, as well as adhesive to secure it to your Helix™ Fish Tape. Easy field application of replacement tips. Proper preparation and stripping of Helix™ Fish Tape is critical to the strength of the eye-to-tape connection. 1. Cut back damaged end with Side-Cutting Pliers (Figure 1). 2. Apply industrial adhesive (supplied with repair kit) to the fish tape material, from the cut end to 3/4” (19 mm) down (Figure 2). 3. Insert glued end into eye. Fish tape must bottom-out in eye (Figure 3 ). Allow adhesive to cure for 24 hours before using.

  • Includes replacement molded, non-conductive eyelet and tube of adhesive
  • Compatible with IDEAL® Helix™ Fish Tapes

The only fish tape on the market with a digital screen reader 🔥

I would absolutely recommend these lever connectors and will surely be using them in the future! Those connectors were super easy to work with, didn’t seem flimsy like other brands, and were super easy to install as well as remove
